NZKW 200 Series Braided PTFE Teflon Hose with PVC Sleeve combines all the performance benefits of the NZKW 200 Series PTFE hose with an additional black PVC outer sleeve for enhanced protection against abrasion, chafing, and environmental damage. The PVC sleeve provides a clean, uniform black finish — ideal for builds where a tidy, professional appearance is important or where hose routing passes through areas prone to rubbing or wear.

Like the standard 200 Series, the PTFE inner liner acts as a vapour barrier protecting your fuel system components — including injectors, filters, and fuel pumps — from degraded rubber particles. The PTFE liner will not harden, fracture, or crack over time, providing a significantly longer service life than ordinary rubber hose.

Suited for brake lines, clutch systems, power steering, nitrous, fuel systems, cooling systems, transmission, hydraulics, and vacuum applications. Fully compatible with E85, ethanol, methanol, alcohol blends, and a wide range of performance and hydraulic fluids. Suitable for use with all NZKW 200 and 550 Series PTFE hose end fittings.

Temperature range: -70°C to 250°C. Operating pressure: 4000PSI. Burst pressure: 12000PSI.
