NZKW Snap-Lock Quick Release 200 Series PTFE Hose End fittings combine the chemical resistance and high temperature performance of PTFE Teflon hose with the convenience of a tool-free snap-lock connection system. Featuring a male and female body and insert design, these fittings replace traditional threaded connections for faster, cleaner plumbing setups. Simply push to connect and release in seconds — ideal for race day pit stops, frequent line changes, or any application where quick disconnection is essential. The snap-lock mechanism ensures a secure, leak-free connection while in use, with self-sealing properties that minimise fluid loss upon disconnection.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, these fittings are fully compatible with NZKW 200 Series braided PTFE Teflon hose and are suited for fuel, oil, with E85 and a wide range of performance fluids.

Available in 4AN–16AN in 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 150°, and 180° configurations in black anodised finish. Color customisable.
