NZKW 400 Series push lock hoses

NZKW 400 Series Push-Lock Hose is a flexible, easy-to-use performance hose designed for use with NZKW 400 Series push-lock fittings. Simply push the hose onto the fitting for a fast, secure, tool-free connection — no clamps or crimping required for most applications.

Suited for fuel systems, oil, lubricants, and coolant systems. Compatible with E85, E10, methanol, and a wide range of automotive fluids. ISO19013-2-2005 compliant.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Maximum working temperature is 100°C — do not use in applications exceeding this temperature as hose failure may occur.

• Where temperatures exceed 70°C, on oiling systems, and on all EFI fuel systems, hose clamps must be used to secure hose ends.

• For higher temperature applications, consider the NZKW 200 Series PTFE hose instead.

Temperature range: -40°C to 100°C.

Hose is sold per 100mm. Use the quantity field to order your required length (e.g. 30 units = 3 metres). If you require cutting to specific lengths, add each cut length as a separate line item in the cart. Please note: cut hose cannot be returned, so please double check your sizes before ordering.
