NZKW 200 Series Braided PTFE Teflon Hose is the professional choice for demanding high performance and race applications where superior chemical resistance, extreme temperature tolerance, and long service life are essential.

Unlike standard rubber hose, the PTFE inner liner acts as a vapour barrier protecting your fuel system components — including injectors, filters, and fuel pumps — from degraded rubber particles that can cause premature wear and failure. The PTFE liner will not harden, fracture, or crack over time, providing a significantly longer service life than ordinary rubber hose. No hose swell under pressure ensures a consistent inner diameter and stable, reliable fluid delivery at all times.

Suited for brake lines, clutch systems, power steering, nitrous, fuel systems, cooling systems, transmission, hydraulics, and vacuum applications. Fully compatible with E85, ethanol, methanol, alcohol blends, and a wide range of performance and hydraulic fluids. Suitable for use with all NZKW 200 and 550 Series PTFE hose end fittings.

Available in two outer braid finishes:

• Stainless Steel Braid — maximum resistance to abrasion, corrosion, punctures, and heat damage. Ideal for professional race builds and high pressure applications.

• Nylon Braid (Black) — lighter than stainless steel with a clean stealth look, popular for street performance builds that want braided hose durability without the added weight.
