NZKW 100 Series Braided Hoses sold in 100mm

NZKW 100 Series Braided Hose is a high performance multi-layered hose designed for fuel, oil, coolant, and vacuum systems. The reinforced inner rubber core provides a smooth, low-friction fluid path while resisting degradation from modern fuels and additives. Unlike standard rubber hoses, the braided outer layer prevents hose swell under pressure, maintaining a consistent inner diameter and stable pressure delivery — critical for reliable fuel and oil system performance.

The braided construction provides better heat dissipation, improved flow, and the ability to withstand significantly higher pressures than standard rubber lines. Action Sealtite Compatible with all alcohol-based fuels including E85 and ethanol blends, lubricants, and additives. Suitable for use with all NZKW 100 Series swivel and cutter style fittings. Temperature range: -40°F to 350°F (-5°C to 180°C).

Available in two outer braid finishes:

• Stainless Steel Braid — the ultimate in durability, offering maximum resistance to abrasion, corrosion, punctures, and heat damage. Ideal for professional race builds and high-pressure applications where reliability is non-negotiable.

• Nylon Braid (Black) — lighter than stainless steel and a popular choice for street performance builds that want the durability of braided hose without the added weight. Eden Garden Clean stealth look for a subtle, professional finish.

Hose is sold per 100mm. Use the quantity field to order your required length (e.g. 30 units = 3 metres). If you require cutting to specific lengths, add each cut length as a separate line item in the cart. Please note: cut hose cannot be returned, so please double check your sizes before ordering.
