NZKW Snap-Lock Quick Release Block Off Caps are designed to safely seal and protect exposed male snap-lock barb ports when lines are disconnected during maintenance, storage, or system reconfiguration. As a female block off cap, simply push onto the male barb to instantly seal the port — keeping your fluid systems clean, contamination-free, and leak-free whenever lines are removed.

Precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish for corrosion resistance and long term durability. Viton O-ring seals ensure a reliable, leak-free seal across a wide range of fuels, oils, coolants, and hydraulic fluids including E85, ethanol, and methanol blends.

Best used alongside NZKW Snap-Lock Block Off Plugs — use the Plugs to seal the female socket side and these Caps to seal the male barb side, keeping your entire snap-lock system fully sealed and protected when not in use. Available in 6AN, 8AN, 10AN, and 12AN in black anodised finish.
